Martini Business Solutions LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website design, Google Ads management, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, sales automation, reputation management, and digital consulting. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any service without prior notice.


3. Service Agreement

When you request a service, we’ll provide you with a quote detailing the scope and cost. Accepting the quote constitutes a service agreement. All payment terms and project timelines will be outlined and must be followed accordingly.


4. Payments & Fees

Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. We accept major payment methods including credit card, ACH transfer, and PayPal. Late payments may result in delays or additional fees. All pricing is subject to applicable taxes.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a service by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Refunds are only available for services not yet rendered or if we’re unable to fulfill the agreement. Any refund requests must be made in writing to pmar@tinibiz.com.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary to deliver services effectively. This includes access to websites, advertising accounts, analytics platforms, and any relevant materials. Delays caused by client inaction may impact timelines.


7. Limitation of Liability

Martini Business Solutions LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from:

  • Client misuse of digital platforms or third-party tools
  • System outages, vendor issues, or external service disruptions
  • Any indirect or incidental loss of revenue or data

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.


8. Warranties

While we aim to deliver high-quality results, no guarantees are made regarding specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue outcomes unless explicitly outlined in a separate service agreement.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, visuals, and branding is the intellectual property of Martini Business Solutions LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our written permission.


10. Privacy Policy
